Unsere Empfehlung: Ölversorgungsleitungen und Ölfilter erneuern. Ungeregelte Turbolader werden teilweise in Null-Position ausgeliefert. Ist eine Anpassung der Gehäusestellung erforderlich. Nach Justierung unbedingt auf festen Sitz und Dichtheit aller Verbindungen achten. Bei geregelten Turboladern Wastegate bzw. VNT/VTG dürfen keine Justierungen an der Gehäusestellung vorgenommen werden. Ansonsten können Garantie bzw. Anzugsdrehmomente gemäß der Motor- bzw. Flansche und Gewinde müssen frei von Beschädigungen bzw. Nur fabrikneue und passende Dichtungselemente verwenden. Beim Anschluss der Ölleitungen nie flüssiges Dichtungsmittel verwenden. Dieses kann sich lösen und in den Ölkreislauf gelangen. Entlüftung und Versorgung mit Kühlflüssigkeit bei flüssigkeitsgekühlten Turboladern sicherstellen. Einen solchen Turbolader nicht ohne Frost- und Korrosionsschutz betreiben. Unbedingt Motoröl- und Ölfilterwechsel nach Vorgaben des Motor- bzw. Turbolader vor Befestigung der Ölzulaufleitung mit neuem Motoröl durch die Öleinlassbohrung befüllen. Dabei Läufer manuell leicht drehen. Nach dem Einbau des Turboladers Motor starten und im Leerlauf ca. 120 Sekunden drehen lassen. Motor erst beschleunigen und belasten, wenn der Öldruck aufgebaut ist. Alle Anschlüsse (Luft, Abgas, Wasser und Öl) im Motorleerlauf auf festen Sitz und Dichtheit prüfen. Nach 20 Betriebsstunden bzw. 1.000 km sind alle relevanten Verbindungen nochmals auf festen Sitz und Dichtheit zu prüfen.
