The EBC Brakes Turbo Groove Discs and Redstuff Pads Kit combines EBCs advanced Redstuff Ceramic compound Brake Pads with Turbo Groove Brake Discs. The combination of fade-resistant, low-noise, low-dust compound and dimpled brake disc makes for reliable fade-resistant stopping power that you can live with every day. Low-noise brake pad compound. Excellent heat fade resistance across pad and disc. This kit combines EBC’s advanced Redstuff Ceramic Brake Discs with Turbo Groove dimpled brake discs. This combination offers outstanding performance even during sustained, heavy usage, but is also extremely easy to live with. Redstuff is EBC’s advanced Ceramic Brake Pad compound. Using aramid fibres, it combines several excellent attributes in one pad. It’s low-dust and low-noise. The dust it does give off does not contain metal particles, so it’s easy to clean. Redstuff has excellent thermal properties offering both excellent cold-bite and good heat-fade resistance. The compound is long life itself and easy on discs. All of this whilst offering a 30% improvement over braking distances with stock compound. EBC are combining this with their Turbo Groove slotted and grooved brake discs. The dimples and grooves keeps the surface of the pad clean and allows built-up gas to escape during sustained braking. Using dimpled instead of drilled holes avoids cracking issues.
