BMW N54 TURBO CHARGE BOOST PIPE. With 2 x 25mm BOV mounts and 50mm BOV Mount! Our Charge Pipe for the N54 Turbo engine is the first to come equipped with 2 x 25mm Blow off Valve outlets (for the likes of our SSQV Valves, or any of our 25mm BOV units) and 1 x 50mm Blow Off Valve outlet (for the likes of the Tial Q series BOV unit). We also include the relative blanking bungs to allow you choose which BOV outlets you wish to use and blank off the ones not used. Or you can be brave and use all three and wake the dead! (will need valve preload matching). The factory diverter valves and charge pipe are made out of plastic and prone to leak under boosting conditions. This leak results in less power and less performance and just as important; lazy response from the throttle. Our 3 pipe made from 6061 aluminium and designed to handle higher then stock boost levels with no leaking once fitted correctly! Unlike many competitors, ETS designed theirN54 135i and. 335i charge pipe to incorporate the factory-style 45 degree elbow which is very clean. Our charge pipes can also net you some HP gains by eliminating the OE units inability to reliably hold more boost than OE levels. Lightweight mandrel bent construction for smooth interruption free flow. Easy fitment to OEM throttle body using the same CNC Connector. 3 pipework to match OEM throttle body. Beaded endpoints and mikalor type clamps for an ultimate secure. Hard anodised (can be repainted to suit engine bay if required). Reduces lag, allows fitment of atmospheric blow off valves.
