New Motorsport BMW N55 M135i Charge Pipe Kit. These charge pipes fit the latest N55 single turbo petrol engine. The BMW part number is 7515387. This also wont fit any of the older N55 engined E chassis cars. The New Motorsport N55 charge pipe features. Made from lightweight 6061 alloy pipe which is mandrel bent for a smooth flowing bend. Very easy connection to the throttle body as it keeps the same CNC connector. The pipe is 3 diameter which is matched to the size of the throttle body and down to 2.5 to meet the intercooler. Beaded ends and clamps included so that there is no chance of hoses blowing off. Massively increases throttle response and eliminates a lot of lag. Hard anodised in black to improve durability. They will fit the following vehicles. Does not fit LHD X-Drive models as it touches the steering rack. Included in the kit. This is a direct bolt on to the car. You can use the standard clip on both the throttle body and intercooler. BMW N54 TURBO CHARGE BOOST PIPE. With 2 x 25mm BOV mounts and 50mm BOV Mount! Our Charge Pipe for the N54 Turbo engine is the first to come equipped with 2 x 25mm Blow off Valve outlets (for the likes of our SSQV Valves, or any of our 25mm BOV units) and 1 x 50mm Blow Off Valve outlet (for the likes of the Tial Q series BOV unit). We also include the relative blanking bungs to allow you choose which BOV outlets you wish to use and blank off the ones not used. Or you can be brave and use all three and wake the dead! (will need valve preload matching). The factory diverter valves and charge pipe are made out of plastic and prone to leak under boosting conditions. This leak results in less power and less performance and just as important; lazy response from the throttle. Our 3 pipe made from 6061 aluminium and designed to handle higher then stock boost levels with no leaking once fitted correctly! Unlike many competitors, ETS designed theirN54 135i and. 335i charge pipe to incorporate the factory-style 45 degree elbow which is very clean. Our charge pipes can also net you some HP gains by eliminating the OE units inability to reliably hold more boost than OE levels. Lightweight mandrel bent construction for smooth interruption free flow. Easy fitment to OEM throttle body using the same CNC Connector. 3 pipework to match OEM throttle body. Beaded endpoints and mikalor type clamps for an ultimate secure. Hard anodised (can be repainted to suit engine bay if required). Reduces lag, allows fitment of atmospheric blow off valves.
