Fits: BMW E60 525d, 530d Includes: EGR to the hard pipe which goes to the intercooler, hard pipe to the intercooler hose and turbo to intercooler hose. The original BMW plastic connectors for the intercooler and egr connections can be reused with these hoses. Also includes replacement clips. Replaces BMW Part no: 1167799401 & BMW Part no: 11617808414. Does not fit the 535d. If the original clamps are the solid band type then you may need to cut them off and replace with our included clips. Upgraded silicone hose developed as a direct replacement for the original intercooler hose which is prone to failure. Manufactured here in the UK at our premises in Derbyshire using the highest qulaity silicone material. Available in Black, Blue and Red.

A reduction in temps of up to a peak of 20 degrees Fahrenheit from 102 to 82 at 6600 RPM! This updated intercooler has been designed for the BMW 335 equipped with the N54 (twin turbo) 6 cylinder engine. Our criteria was to achieve maximum efficiency whilst retaining a simple fitment. With our testing results indicating increased cooling of up to 30 degrees centigrade and the ability to install this on your driveway at home in under one hour, we have just what we wanted. After considerable trials with different intercoolers cores, we found that the most efficient for these models, was a core of bar and plate design, and along with an overall increase in dimensions we have been able to improve the cooling ability and reduce the pressure loss across when compared to factory intercooler. In the construction we use CNC machined bayonet couplers which allow an easy plug and play install. 2x polyester reinforced High temperature silicone hose. Max horsepower capacity: 300-450HP+.
