This is a Turbo kit I was using on my rallycross car and have now gone back to an atmo engine. The AET Turbos supplied Xona X2C turbo is a year old but done no more than 50 competitive miles. It is good for 500bhp, T3 flange. 63 rear housing and has zero play. The exhaust manifold has been welded as you can see where there was a crack appeared. Includes the manifold, turbo, downpipe with boss for Lambda and screamer, boost pipes to intercooler, boost pipes to inlet plenum, alloy inlet plenum with tapping for ACT sensor, Tial dump valve, Tial external wastegate, MAC boost control valve with AN3 pipes and fittings, pair of Catcam turbo cams, 94mm 8.0:1 CR pistons on rods, oil feed AN4 pipe with insulation, AN10 oil drain to sump pipe with insulation, Xtreme 2 plate clutch and flywheel, Spare boost pipes, spare wastegate springs, 980cc Bosch Injectors 0280158040, air inlet pipe and used air filter, 3 bar KMS map sensor. The engine itself is NOT for sale, just the items listed above. This set up gave us 400hp with 12psi boost, have dyno print. Any questions please ask and will try to answer. MTC Motorsport BMW N54 135i 335i Front Mount Intercooler, also fits many other models. We have engineered these intercoolers using a bar and plate core matched to our flowed cast end tanks. This is the most efficient way to keep the intake temperatures low. The MTC intercooler features massive 5 competition core with flowed cast end tanks and proven to handle over 500bhp. This intercooler weighs 11.5kg and provides near 100% more volume and 90% more surface area than the standard intercooler. For reference, the dimensions of this intercooler are exactly the same dimensions of the Wagner intercooler. Finished powder coated in satin black. We have tested our intercoolers on a few vehicles and found they have absolutely fantastic results. The IAT compared to the standard intercooler are reduced massively which means you get consistent increased performance. The standard intercooler and the MTC intercooler both had intercooler intake temperatures of between 125-130 degrees through 5 runs on the road. At the other side of the intercooler into the engine the standard intercooler temps were around 75 degrees whereas the MTC intercooler temperatures were in the high 20’s over all 5 runs. The intercooler is a direct fit and there are some great videos on YouTube to follow. However, professional installation is recommended and should take approximately 1-2 hours.
